A Micro-school is an independent learning institution with a focus on personalized
development in education. Walton & Hersham Football Academy is a micro-school with a
specialization in football development. Our students enjoy a schedule of personalized
curriculum in education and football- all within normal school hours.
Education
At Walton and Hersham Football Academy we recognize that each student is a unique individual

Elizabeth (Beth) Esposito, Head of School
Beth, an accomplished and dedicated education professional, holds a dual Bachelor of Science
degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Keene State College.
Florida Voucher Programs
The State of Florida plays a crucial role in promoting school choice, with its extensive voucher program. Each program has specific eligibility criteria and focuses on providing alternatives to public school education.

At WHFA, we assist you in identifying the optimal digital platform for your child, whether its FLVS
Fulltime, FLVS Flex, dual enrollment, or other sought after, academically enriching programs
Education pathway
FLVS, or Florida Virtual School, is an accredited, public, online educational platform that requires a student take
a public-school course load of six courses per semester. It provides a flexible and virtual learning environment,
allowing students to access courses from anywhere with an internet connection. FLVS offers a range of subjects, including core curriculum, electives, advanced placement courses, Cambridge AICE program, and dual
enrollment online at select Florida colleges. Students can work at their own pace, and the platform caters to
different learning styles. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and personalized learning experience, ultimately leading to the completion of a high school education and the attainment of a diploma.
